Montenegro is a dramatically beautiful coastal country bordering the Adriatic Sea just south of Croatia. The 293 kilometers of coastline include 117 sand, shingle or pebble strewn beaches lapped by crystal clear, turquoise seas.

Montenegro has very little industrial activity is renowned for the quality of its air and lack of pollution. The Mediterranean climate, average 27.4° C summer and 13.4° C winter with 180 days of sun, provide the ideal location for a second home or holiday.

The World travel and tourism Council have forecast that Montenegro will be one of the fastest growing holiday destinations in the world during the next few years. It is within easy reach of the UK (2hours 30 mins) as well as most of Southern and Central Europe, Western Russia and many of the old Eastern Block Countries.

The resort is a short walk from the sea, where you can meander along the coastal road past many small marinas, café, restaurants and small beaches. Alternatively you could catch a water taxi to the main towns or one of the many secluded bays or beaches around the bay or on the Adriatic coast.

It only takes 5 minutes from Mimosa Park by car or bus to the vibrant and historic town of Herceg Novi and 30 minutes to the UNESCO protected walled town of Kotor. A new road is being built between Herzig Novi and the ski resort at Zabljak and the travel time is estimated at less than 2 hours. Amenities, such as restaurants and local shops are all close by.
